PHASE 1 - PRELIMINARY PROJECT

In this first phase, we will thoroughly study the layout plans drawn up by our team, proposing zoning and space redistribution, and determining the aesthetic inclinations, creative concept, and most appropriate functionality based on the needs.

Includes:

• Distribution plan and plan with dimensions.
• Study and proposal for design, idea and zoning of the space.
• Style creation; mood board, photographs, and inspirational resources.

This first phase will conclude with a meeting and approval by the client of the proposed modifications, and any changes may be discussed.

PHASE 2 - CHOICE OF MATERIALS

At this stage, once we've agreed and finalized the layout, aesthetics, styles, and materials we'll use throughout the space with our client, we'll move on to selecting these. To do this, we'll present you with a proposal for materials: wood, vegetation, brick, pergola, and more.

We will provide plans with technical specifications for the materials and details of how to install each piece, as well as the required square footage to advance the financial control process.

PLANS:

• Furniture layout plan.
• Carpentry, metal and wood plan design of these.
• Materiality: Choice of finishes.
• Elevation and Detail Plans breakdown and installation.
• Lighting and electrical plan.
• Detailed plan of spaces.

This second phase will conclude with a meeting and approval from the client. Once accepted, the Interior Design project will remain unchanged so that all the technical documentation for Phase 3 can be completed and processed.

PHASE 3 - PROJECT / CONSTRUCTION MONITORING

All technical and digital documentation for the project will be submitted, as well as the fees for the permit application process for the start of the construction permit.

We deliver a detailed plan of our proposal, including the elements we designed ourselves, and we will conduct a project follow-up, explaining the plans submitted in Phase 2 to each of the trades responsible for its execution.

This phase will include a site visit by our team of interior designers and ongoing communication regarding progress, including any potential setbacks, via WhatsApp or email, at the client's discretion.

How does it work?

We guarantee TWO ON-SITE visits to the construction site; typically the first at the start, to provide guidelines to the construction company/officials, and the second at the end, to approve the project.
